Who controls your data
Minix Mart Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp and by email. Contact: info@nationwide-removals.uk.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Moving addresses, dates and details of the items you are moving
- Photos or videos you send us for a quote
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, text or email
- Basic technical data needed to deliver this website, such as your IP address in server logs
How and why we use it
- To prepare quotes and carry out your move (contract)
- To respond to your enquiries (legitimate interests)
- To keep records required by law, such as accounting records (legal obligation)
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only with people who help us deliver your move, such as our crew, insurers, and IT and communication providers (for example our email and WhatsApp providers), and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Records of completed moves are kept for 6 years for legal and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact us at info@nationwide-removals.uk.
